The Z2FS6 stackable double one-way throttle valve adjusts oil flow by changing the size of the throttling port’s end face, enabling precise flow control. In the reverse direction, overflow flows freely through the one-way valve without restriction. Meanwhile, when inlet throttling is applied, hydraulic fluid enters from Port A1, passes through the throttling port (1), and then flows into Port A2. The throttling mechanism consists of a one-way valve plate (2) and a throttle spool (3). The size of the throttling port (1) can be adjusted by turning the screw (4).
When the fluid flows from port A2 to A1, the compressed one-way spring (5) opens the one-way valve plate (2), enabling the valve to function as a check valve and allowing the fluid to flow freely. By adjusting the installation position of the Z2FS6 stackable one-way throttle valve, either inlet throttling or outlet throttling can be achieved.

The stack-type, dual one-way throttle valve is installed between the directional valve and the base plate to adjust the actuator's speed.
